Today, Disney just announced plans for a new Iron Man themed ice cream parlor at all three of their new marvel themed lands in Disneyland, Disney Paris, and Disney Hong Kong. The name of this new ice cream parlor? Sunday’s With Friday. A reference to the AI that helps Tony manage all his creations and day to day tasks.

This new restaurant will open February 31st, 2020 as some of the technology behind the high-tech restaurant has not been completed yet.

Look at that hat on Dum-E

The ice cream parlor will feature the robotics from Tony’s garage, Dum-E and Dum-U, as they scoop ice cream for guests. Some of these robots will feature adorable hats as they complete orders. These robots will all have the lovable, quirky personalities that we know from the iron man films. One might be more prone to giving you the wrong flavor of ice cream while another tends to hang around a fire extinguisher as it thinks something is about to catch on fire!

In addition to the stationary robot arms, there will be a new walk around character featured inside this parlor, Friday. She secretly held onto a drone suit from Ultron and has uploaded her conscious into it! And guess what? She loves entertaining guests with various ice cream trivia, scooping competitions, and robot jokes!

Some of her favorite jokes include:

  • What did the newspaper say to the Ice Cream?

What’s the scoop?

  • Did you hear they passed a law banning ice cream?

Don’t worry, it was ruled un-cone-stitutional!

There will even be ice cream and frozen yogurt dispensers in old Iron Man suits! Guests will be their own genius inventors and can mix and match their own crazy and sometimes weird combinations of flavors!

Speaking of flavors, all the flavors at Sunday’s With Friday will be puns of fellow super heroes (and sometimes villains). The flavors that will first be featured in the parlor will include:

Stark Raving Hazelnuts – A delicious cognac and vanilla ice cream with hazelnuts mixed in. This is Friday’s own invention and there are unsubstantiated rumors that Tony has indeed tried it and liked it.

Hulk-A-Hulk-A-Burning-Fudge – Ready to Smash something? If you’re a fan of fudge then this ice cream is right up your alley! Featuring an amazing amount of fudge with a chili pepper kick and topped with little green sprinkles, this option will make anyone’s mouth start watering in delight.

Banner Brownie Smash – You wouldn’t want to make this ice cream angry! Brownie bits will be mixed in with a delicious chocolate ice cream in this treat.

Thorbet – The only sorbet option, this will be an amazing Apple flavor. But please don’t throw it on the ground and scream for ANOTHER!

Ice Fury – Oreo’s and chocolate chips mixed in with a chocolate ice cream

I Understood That Scoop –  An unwavering cup of flavor that includes a scoop of red velvet, vanilla, and blueberry ice cream with star sprinkles. This tasty combination is perfect for two!

The ice cream parlor will feature tables meant to be the scavenged remains of a Helicarrier. Additional props can be seen in the shop including an Iron Man suit light fixture and an Arc Reactor light as well.

O, but one more important thing about Sunday’s with Friday!
